About the Villa

Our beautiful family home is furnished to a very high standard and offers over 2,300 sq. ft living space. With it’s beautiful views, stunning sunsets and exotic wildlife it is a perfect place for a relaxed Florida holiday. With a Master Bedroom, which has an en-suite with walk in shower, bath, walk-in wardrobe and 2 further bedrooms with shared bathroom, a large family room, a formal living/dining/conversation room and kitchen/dining area. Our home benefits from its own air source heat pump for the pool (charged separately). Though not essential most of the year it is a welcome addition during the sometimes cooler winter months. The pool looks out onto a large freshwater canal which attracts a wide range of birds and other wildlife to the doorstep including otters.

Pool

The pool gets sun all day from before breakfast until early evening. Perfect. Relax in the pool, sit and read on the love seat and soak up that sun.

Lanai

Spacious Lanai area for that quiet meal or evening drink with friends. Gas BBQ provided along with loungers, tables and chairs for relaxing poolside and enjoying the uninterrupted views over the Rotonda water behind the villa.

Formal Lounge

This is the centre and main heart of the formal area of the house. Tastefully presented you can listen to the music system in the Conversation room. A really nice are to relax and entertain.

Aquarium Dining

Lovely glass topped dining table looks out of the airy Aquarium window onto the pool deck. Perfect for breakfast.

Kitchen

A well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer with water and ice, microwave, oven, hob and all the smaller domestic appliances you would expect.

Dining Room

A beautiful Florida style glass top table on architectural stone to enjoy a meal with early evening sun through the large feature window.

Conversation Room

This area is immediately adjacent to the dining area and is great for relaxing with a book and listening to some music.

TV Lounge and Family Room

A beautifully furnished living room overlooking the pool and lanai. All the living areas are fully air-conditioned for summer comfort and winter warmth also coming equipped with a ceiling fan in each room which helps circulate the cool air.

Master Bedroom

Well appointed master with full on suite, bath shower and walk in wardrobe. Large patio door leads out onto the pool deck.

A great little place to work if you need to keep in touch with the office. Close the doors when you're done and all that work is hidden away!

Utility Room

Utility Room & Garage - there is a separate utility room with a very large simple-to-operate washing machine and tumble drier. There are also all other laundry facilities, iron, ironing board etc. A door leads from the utility room to the triple garage where bikes and beach equipment are stored.

Gulf Coast Beaches

Visit the beautiful gulf coast beaches. Miles of stunning beaches and warm seas. Wonderful places to spend a day.

Golf Courses

There are at least 6 local courses from beginner to Semi-Pro. At all levels you can enjoy probably the most popular sport in Florida. There are courses for all levels all over the state.

Cruises

Florida is a fabulous starting point for mini-cruises to the Bahamas and many other destinations. Highly recommended.

Spectacular Wildlife

Florida is very well managed for wildlife. Rotonda West is a nature reserve and you may see many examples of the local wild life including wild pig, boar, otters, alligators, turtles, frogs, bobcats and even Lynx.

Muscle Car Museum - Punta Gorda

If you like your cars, then muscle car city is a really good trip. Just south of Punta Gorda, take your camera for some great shots of the American classics. More here Muscle Car City

Pleasure Flights

Pleasure flights are a great way to see Florida from the air. Both Venice and Punta Gorda airports offer trial lessons and pleasure flights.

Stump Pass Marina and Tiki Bar

A really popular Tiki bar and marina. Great to watch the Florida sunset. You'll go back here many times!

Pelicans and Osprey

Florida is a fabulous destination for seeing some wonderful birds. Keep a look out near any water for both Pelicans and Osprey.

Sunset on Englewood Beach

A must for any guests. Visit Englewood beach on Manasota Key and catch the sunset. Allow yourself time as the sun appears to set very quickly!

Boca Marina

A really beautiful place. Boca is best seen on a bike. Ride around and see what you discover. You might bump into ex-Presidents here in Boca Grande.

Intracoastal Boat Hire

Gasparilla Marina offer great boats for hire. Fantastic way to spend a day - highly recommended. Buy yourself a chart and go and explore the many channels. Some great places for lunch too.

Boca Grande Beaches

You simply must visit Boca Grande and head for the beaches. Life doesn't get any better!

Dearborn Street Cruise In, Englewood - Muscle Car Meet

A really popular night out. All the local hot rods on the first Saturday in every month. Plenty of gorgeous cars and bars. Great combination.

PrimeTime

Primetime is a great local bar to Rotonda West. They serve good food, great ribs and have a daily happy hour. Popular with locals - always a good sign.

Gasparilla Marina

A short drive away to the Marina. Now a Tiki bar - a great place for a beer or a meal.
